Changing language preferences are only a hint in the matchmaking algorithm, right? It doesn't actually guarantee anything? For example, when I only have English selected I have played several times with several different players that have said that they had not selected the English checkbox at all. Yet we were still matched together. If so we should mention on the wiki page that the language preferences are by no means a guarantee that players with matching checkboxes end up in the same match. This could clear up the confusion about how many that believe players queued up for English servers even though they can't speak the language - in reality it's likely that they had English deselected and that Valve just matched them with English players anyway.
