- Storm Surge
- Reduced allied movement speed bonus from 4%/6%/8%/10% to 3%/5%/7%/9%.

- No longer reduces Eye of the Storm strike interval from 0.7/0.6/0.5 to 0.6/0.5/0.4.
- Now causes Eye of the Storm to strike two enemies at once, instead of just one.
- Increased agility gain from 1.8 to 2.1.
- Reduced attack backswing from 0.7 to 0.4.
- Level 10 right talent: Increased health bonus from 200 to 225.
- Reduced base health regeneration from 1.5 to 0.
- Reduced base mana regeneration from 0.9 to 0.
- Plasma Field now slows hit enemies' movement speed from 5% to up to 25%/30%/35%/40% for 1.5 seconds, based on the distance. The slow is applied upon expanding and retracting, and stacks.

- Old Unstable Current:
- Razor moves with increased speed, and hits a random nearby unit with a jolt of electricty every 5 seconds. The jolt deals damage, slows, and purges buffs from the target.

- Plasma Field:
- Razor releases a wave of energetic plasma which grows in power as it extends outwards. Deals damage to units both on expansion and on contraction. The further the plasma is from Razor, the more energy it has.

- Note: This can hit a unit once going out and once coming back in. Charge increases to max going outwards, then decreases to min coming inwards. This is a full circle AoE effect, a radius of small electrical effects travel outwards. It spawns from where you are and moves out with you.

- Static Link:
- Taps into the energy of a target hero, creating a charged link between Razor and his foe. As long as this link is maintained, Razor will continue to steal damage from the target and adds it to his own.

- Unstable Current:
- Razor's very body is constantly shifting miasma of dark energy. This unnatural state allows him to move with supernatural speed, and any foe foolish enought to launch a direct magical assault against him will have their boldness rewarded with a shock of purging electricity.

- Damage: 40/60/80/100
- Movement speed slows: 100%
- Attack speed slow: 100
- Slow duration: 0.3/0.6/0.9/1.2
- Notes: Passively grants movement speed. When an enemy casts a spell on Razor, it gets damage,d purged and slowed for a short time. Does not trigger on active attack modifier.
- Replaced Storm Seeker with Eye of the Storm
- The Lightning Revenant calls upon a powerful storm of crackling energy, which strikes weakened enemies with deadly bolts of lightning. The storm is charged with Razor's malevolent will, and will seek out only most injured targets for its armor shattering blasts.

- Strike interval: 0.85/0.75/0.6
- Damage per strike: 37.5/50/62.5

- Storm Seeker
- Fixed not being able to affect the same area as Sand Storm and Rot at the same time.
- No longer ministuns Razor for 0.01 seconds upon learning/leveling.
- Increased base attack damage from 15-17 to 23-25 (total attack damage is now 45-47).
- Storm Seeker no longer affects Roshan and ancient creeps.
- Increased Chain Lightning damage from 75/150/225/290 to 75/150/225/300.
