The table of lane creeps contains some mistakes (e.g. it shows that melee and siege creeps have "mana: " and the magic resistance of siege creeps is not 0.8%, but 80%) and it's not really well sorted (e.g. like this: melee creep types, ranged creep types, and then siege creep types). Hi, I just changed the template this page uses to show 80% instead of 0.8%.

Something broke, because now it shows 8000% instead od 80%, I don't know how to fix it either.

Creep aggro is an global ability with a 3 second cooldown. It is activated whenever you attack click an enemy hero. During that 3 second cooldown, if the creeps have not already aggroed you, you can freely attack the enemy hero without drawing aggro.
