Watcher's Gaze is an artifact found during the Siltbreaker event. Players must be level in-game to use it.

Ability
- Interrupts the user's channeling spells on cast.
- Affects all enemies within 60° facing angle in front of the user.
- Enemies do not need to face the caster to get petrified, being within the required angle is enough.
- Amplifies incoming attack damage for all petrified enemies. Other physical damage is not amplified.
