  • Increased Agility attribute symbol.png agility gain from 1.8 to 2.1.
  • Reduced attack backswing from 0.7 to 0.4.
  • Level 10 right talent: Increased health bonus from 200 to 225.
  • Reduced base health regeneration from 1.5 to 0.
  • Reduced base mana regeneration from 0.9 to 0.
  • Plasma Field now slows hit enemies' movement speed from 5% to up to 25%/30%/35%/40% for 1.5 seconds, based on the distance. The slow is applied upon expanding and retracting, and stacks.
  • Reworked Unstable Current
Passively increases your movement speed and occasionally hits every unit in the area for some damage.

Old Unstable Current:
Razor moves with increased speed, and any abilities targeted at him are instantly countered with a jolt of electricity which damages, slows, and purges buffs from enemies.

Notes: Has no trigger cooldown or max trigger distance. Triggers on every ability directly targeting Razor. Applies a basic dispel on targets.
New Unstable Current:
Razor moves with increased speed, and hits a random nearby unit with a jolt of electricty every 5 seconds. The jolt deals damage, slows, and purges buffs from the target.

    • Can no longer be targeted on the ground (doing so launched the link in a line, which attached itself to an enemy hero if it found one within range).

Plasma Field:
Razor releases a wave of energetic plasma which grows in power as it extends outwards. Deals damage to units both on expansion and on contraction. The further the plasma is from Razor, the more energy it has.

Note: This can hit a unit once going out and once coming back in. Charge increases to max going outwards, then decreases to min coming inwards. This is a full circle AoE effect, a radius of small electrical effects travel outwards. It spawns from where you are and moves out with you.
Static Link:
Taps into the energy of a target hero, creating a charged link between Razor and his foe. As long as this link is maintained, Razor will continue to steal damage from the target and adds it to his own.

Note: If you target a point on the ground, it will move in that path and lock onto the first hero it reaches. You have vision over the link itself.
Unstable Current:
Razor's very body is constantly shifting miasma of dark energy. This unnatural state allows him to move with supernatural speed, and any foe foolish enought to launch a direct magical assault against him will have their boldness rewarded with a shock of purging electricity.

Notes: Passively grants movement speed. When an enemy casts a spell on Razor, it gets damage,d purged and slowed for a short time. Does not trigger on active attack modifier.
The Lightning Revenant calls upon a powerful storm of crackling energy, which strikes weakened enemies with deadly bolts of lightning. The storm is charged with Razor's malevolent will, and will seek out only most injured targets for its armor shattering blasts.

  • Storm Seeker
    • Fixed not being able to affect the same area as Sand Storm and Rot at the same time.
    • No longer ministuns Razor for 0.01 seconds upon learning/leveling.
  • Storm Seeker
    • Fixed damage not upgrading upon leveling until next death or becoming hexed.
    • Now stuns Razor for 0.01 seconds upon learning/leveling.
  • Increased base attack damage from 15-17 to 23-25 (total attack damage is now 45-47).

Description
  • Fixed Unstable Current damaging friendly units and towers. Note that towers can still proc the ability.
  • Fixed Static Link damage from being purgeable.
  • Static Link's projectile now grants 800/800 flying vision which persists for 3.34 seconds.
  • Clamped the damage values of Plasma Field to ensure it wasn't resulting in too much damage.
  • Static Link is no longer purgeable.
  • Eye of the Storm no longer affects ancients.
  • The armor reduction from Eye of the Storm is removed immediately if Razor minimap icon.png Razor dies.
  • The armor reduction from Eye of the Storm is no longer purgeable.
  • Fixed a bug where a stray health bar and "no-selection-boxes" icon were drawing whenever Plasma Field was used.
  • Razor minimap icon.png Razor's Eye of the Storm is now a two stage process. First it targets units then it targets towers, barracks, and the ancient.
  • Added impact effect to Plasma Field.
  • Fixed Eye of the Storm debuff lasting only 5 seconds from the last impact, instead of the full duration of the storm.
  • Fixed Razor minimap icon.png Razor having 600 instead of 475 attack range.
