Frost Shield:
Applies a magical frost shield around you, reducing damage from attacks against you. While the shield is active, ice magic will be launched towards nearby enemies every second, doing minor damage and slowing.

Attack damage resistance: 30%/40%/50%/60%
Pulses radius: 600
Pulses interval: 1
Pulses damage: 20/30/40/50
Pulses movement speed slow: 35%
Pulses slow duration: 0.5
Shield duration: 6
Notes: Can becast on buildings. The pulses emit over the full duration, affecting every enemy within the area.
Sinister Gaze:
Active, channeled: Hypnotizes an enemy unit, causing it to move towards a point between the two of you.
Cast range: 500/525/550/575
Moved distance: 32%/38%/44%/50%
Duration: 1.6/1.9/2.2/2.5
Notes: Hypnotize is a new mechanic that makes affected units move towards the source at a set speed, and completely disables them. The target moves based on the distance between the caster and the target, walking a portion of it.

  • Fixed Chain Frost having a chance to end prematurely near fog of war edges.
  • Fixed a recent bug where Chain Frost wouldn't choose a magic immune target to bounce to.
  • Fixed Chain Frost deciding late as to which unit it will bounce to next (it would decide after its bounce delay, instead of before).
  • Ice Armor sound effect now plays when the buff is refreshed.
  • Fixed Ice Armor affecting Magic Immune attackers.
  • Fixed Chain Frost stopping immediately once it finds a magic immune unit.
  • New model for Lich minimap icon.png Lich, who is re-enabled!
  • Fixed Chain Frost initial cast being unable to target magic immune (ministun still works on them).
