Will-O-Wisp
Active: Summons Ignis Fatuus at the targeted area. Alternates on and off every second. When active, it causes all enemies near it to stare hypnotized at it. Can be attacked by units outside of the radius, dies after a certain number of attacks.

Notes: Hypnotize is a new mechanic that makes affected units move towards the source at a set speed, and completely disables them.

  • Chakra Magic now places a buff that reduces the cooldown of the next spell its target casts by 1/2/3/4 seconds. Buff lasts 12 seconds or until an ability goes on cooldown.
  • Mana Leak:
    • Increased mana loss per 100 distance from 3.5%/4%/4.5%/5% to 5% on each level.
    • Increased duration from 4/5/6/7 to 5/6/7/8.
  • Recall can now target invulnerable allies.
  • Increased Blinding Light knockback distance from 250 to 400.
  • Added Aghanim's Scepter icon.png Aghanim's Scepter upgrade for Keeper of the Light: Provides permanent Spirit Form. Additionally, during daytime Keeper of the Light gains unobstructed vision and Illuminate heals allies for 75% of the damage values.

    • Reduced cooldown from 20 to 18.
  • Changed Recall targeting type from unit to ground or unit.
This allows the player to cast the ability by clicking on the minimap.

    • Now always travels the maximum distance, instead of increasing gradually based on channeled duration.
    • Increased maximum distance from 500/600/700/800 to 1200 on each level.
    • Increased cast range from 400 to 600.
  • Mana Leak
    • No longer stuns the target for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds when it runs out of mana.
    • Now slows the target by 60% for 2 seconds when it runs out of mana.
    • Is now properly blocked by Linken's Sphere icon.png Linken's Sphere.
  • Blinding Light knockback no longer disables affected units.
  • Reduced Mana Leak cast range from 1200 on each level to 550/700/850/1000.

  • Illuminate
    • Now provides increasing vision in a line in front of Ezalor during the channeling, which lasts for 10 seconds (the projectile itself still provides vision as well).
    • Added a sub-ability which allows the player to cancel the channeling by pressing its hotkey.
    • Fixed cases where Illuminate would fail to release the damaging wave.
    • Reduced max distance from 555/675/795/915 to 500/600/700/800.
    • Increased cast range from 250 to 400.

Casts a powerful prohibiting magic on another unit. Should they cast a spell, a portion of their current mana leaks away.

New Mana Leak:
Weakens the bond between physical and magical essence of an enemy. The magical and physical essences will be divided if the target moves, causing the enemy to lose some of their mana. If the enemy loses all its mana, it gets paralyzed while it repairs the bond.
Cast range: 1200
Max mana loss per 100 moved distance: 3.5%/4%/4.5%/5%
Duration: 5/6/4/8
Stun duration: 1.25/1.5/1.75/2

Notes: In short, works like Rupture, but instead of health loss, it causes mana loss and stuns if the target has no mana. Does not cause mana loss when the target moves 300 distance in 0.1 seconds.
  • Chakra Magic
    • No longer grants 7%/14%/21%/28% attack damage and 0.15/0.3/0.45/0.6 health regeneration for 30 seconds.
    • Increased cast range from 500 to 900.
    • Reduced maancost from 40/80/100/120 to 40/55/70/85.
    • Reduced cooldown from 19 on each level to 19/18/17/16.
  • Replaced Ignis Fatuus with Spirit Form
Spirit Form:
Ezalor turns his body luminescent temporarily. His mastery of light becomes so powerful that he can freely cast Illuminate without channeling, cast a brilliant light to blind foes and teleport allies from anywhere to his side at light speed.

Cooldown: 80/70/60
Notes: Transformation spell. Grants Ezalor the Blinding Light and the Recall ability for the duration and turns Illuminate into a non-channeling spell.
Recall:
Target an allied hero. Teleports the hero to your location after a short delay. If the target takes player based damage during this period, the ability is interrupted.

Notes: The targeted ally hero and Ezalor can act and move freely during the teleport delay.
Blinding Light
Blinds nearby units, causing them to miss most of their attacks for a short duration.

Naturally severs the connection between enemies' mana and the spells they cast. When they cast a spell, a portion of their mana remaining leaks away.

Notes: Aura ability, causes enemies to lose mana upon casting spells.
Old Ignis Fatuus:
Summons the Spirit of Light to assist the Sentinel. Has no attack, but liberates deceased units as allies, can transport himself at will and is difficult to hit.
Number of spirits: 1 (Upgradable by Aghanim's Scepter. 2)

Mana cost: 200/300/425
Cooldown: 60
Notes: Summoning ability. The spirit cannot attack and has the Liberate Soul, Will O' and Phase Shift abilities.
New Ignis Fatuus:
Transforms into Ignis Fatuus, the Spirit of Light. Ezalor gains Divine armor and Chaos attack.

Notes: Transformation ability. The transformation cannot be stopped and Ezalor is disabled during it. Divine armor basically means he takes very little damage and chaos attacks damage is not reduced by any armor type.

  • Fixed Illuminate occasionally revealing Fog of War incorrectly.
  • Fixed Recall going off if Keeper died during the delay.

  • Fixed Chakra Magic mana regen not transferring over Tether.
  • Fixed Illuminate dealing maximum damage instantly when killed by Nether Ward on cast attempt.
