- Aghanim's Shard upgrade:
- Increases Tether target movement speed bonus from 5% to 10%.
- Now requires turning to perform any actions. [?]

- Rescaled allied movement speed bonus from 5%/8%/11%/14% to 6%/8%/10%/12%.

- Cooldown: 0
- Notes: Takes Spirits's ability slot until all spirits explode. Not a toggle ability. Causes the spirits to move inwards/outwards, based on whether they are at minimum or maximum distance, or whether they already are moving in or out. Cannot be used to make the spirits stop at a precise distance.
- New Spirits In / Spirits Out
- Sends the spirits closer to you. Can be toggled on and off. / Sends the spirits farther away from you. Can be toggled on and off.
- Minimum distance: 200
- Maximum distance: 700
- Cooldown: 0
- Notes: Take the 5th and 6th ability slots, only visible while Spirits is active. Both are toggles, meaning the distances can be set precisely by toggling them off at the wanted distance. Toggling one of them on automatically toggles the other one off.
- Overcharge
- Now also grants 10%/12%/14%/16% spell damage amplification.
- Reduced attack speed bonus from 50/80/110/140 to 50/70/90/110.
- Increased Relocate cooldown from 90/75/60 to 100/90/80.
- Added Aghanim's Shard upgrade for Io:
- Increases Tether movement speed bonus by 5% and causes it to deal 150 damage and stun enemies within its slow range for 1.75 upon getting broken in any way.

- Increased base armor from -1 to 1.
- Tether now continuously reduces the movement speed of enemies in contact with the tether by 8%/16%/24%/32% and attack speed by 8/16/24/32. The debuff lasts 0.2 seconds.
- Overcharge
- No longer grants 5%/10%/15%/20% incoming damage reduction.
- Now grants 0.6%/0.8%/1%/1.2% of max health as health regeneration.

- Added Aghanim's Scepter upgrade for Io:
- Turns Spirits into a passive ability, constantly spawning spirits around Io. The Spirits Movement sub-ability is still present.
- Tether
- No longer hastes the caster, so that they can be slowed normally again. [?]
- Now ignores movement speed slows on the tethered ally when copying their movement speed.
- Notes: This means Io still copies the target's speed, including any bonuses, but Io can still be slowed directly.
- Spirits
- No longer does a micro animation interruption when initially casting. [?]
- Reduced revolution time from every 2.4 seconds to 2.7.
- Spirits Movement
- Reduced toggle cooldown from 1.5 to 0.
- Increased minimum range from 100 to 200.

- Toggle: Io gains bonus attack speed and damage reduction, at the cost of draining a percentage of its current health and mana per second. If Io is tethered to an ally, that unit also gains the bonuses.
- Current health/mana as cost per second: 6%

- Incoming damage reduction: 5%/10%/15%/20%
- Toggle cooldown: 2
- Notes: As a toggle spell, does not interrupt Io on cast, and does not trigger on-cast events. The health cost is direct HP removal.

- Spirits now appears as a passive ability in the HUD when holding Aghanim's Scepter, instead of being hidden away.
- Update 6
- Fixed Io's ability slots being messed up.

- Fixed Tether's break distance during the pull not considering cast range bonuses.
