Invictus Gaming (iG) is a Chinese multi-platform e-sports organization.

History[edit]
- 2016-01-20: Yuno from
Team Fantuan and XuaN begin playing with the team. Ferrari_430 and Luo become inactive, but do not leave the team.
- 2016-03-19: The former players of
iG Vitality (except for yCyK) become the new Invictus Gaming team.
- 2016-08-28: Ferrari_430 leaves the team. [1]
- 2016-08-30: The team is temporarily disbanded. [1]
- 2014-02-20: iG announces a six-man roster. Hao leaves the team for NewBee, while Luo and ChuaN join.
- 2014-07-24: After The International 2014, YYF announces his retirement from Dota 2.[7]
- 2012-09-02: iG wins The International 2012, defeating reigning champions Natus Vincere 3-1 in the Grand Final.
- 2011-08: Invictus Gaming is formed by Wang Sicong, the son of the 11th richest Chinese man, Wang Jianlin, aiming to reassemble electronic sports in China.[15] In the next few days, CCM is purchased by iG for a fee of $6,000,000.[16] iG.Z participate in The International 2011. xiao8 and ddc leave iG.Z after The International 2011 and are replaced by Awoke and Faith, in the first ever official transfer in Chinese e-sports.[17] iG acquires their second DotA team in a controversial manner, in which they sign 4 players from LGD.[18] Sharingan transfers from PanDa after a controversial blocking of Lanm's transfer by EHOME.
- 2011-11-23: iG decides to merge 2 teams into 1 and drop 5 players.
