- The item's attributes grants the following additional bonuses:
- 198 health and 0.9 health regeneration.
- 108 mana, 0.45 mana regeneration and 0.9% flat base magic resistance.
- 9 attack speed and 1.5 main armor.
- 9 main attack damage to all / / heroes.
- 18.9 main attack damage to universal heroes.

Target an allied unit to instantly restore 15 health and mana per charge stored.
Max 20 charges. Automatically gains a charge every seconds and whenever a visible enemy within 1200 range uses an ability.

- Double clicking the item casts it on self.
- If the target is more than 750 range away, the caster moves to the target until it is within 500 range before casting.
- If a cast order is given on a target which is within 750 range already, the caster does not need to move closer and casts it right away.

- The owner does not have to face the target to use this on it.
- Passively gains a charge every 15, starting 15 after entering the inventory. Works even while dead.
- Gains 1 charge whenever a visible enemy unit, including neutral creeps, uses an ability within the radius.
- The item must be in the owner's inventory to gain any charges. Does not gain charges while in the backpack, on the ground, in the stash, or on the courier.
- Does not gain charges from toggle abilities, active attack modifiers and the abilities listed here.
- Clones, illusions and creep-heroes cannot gain charges.
- Passively triggered spells (e.g. Quill Spray, Borrowed Time, Multicast, Reincarnation) do not add charges.
- When an enemy casts a spell out of the invisibility from the Invisibility Rune, Shadow Walk, Sand Storm, Moonlight Shadow, or Shukuchi, it does not give a charge.
- Shares cooldown with Magic Stick and Magic Wand.
- When having multiple Magic Stick-based items in the inventory, only the oldest one will gain charges from cast abilities. If it is full, the second oldest one starts to gain charges.
- Each owned Holy Locket has its own timer for gaining passive charges and do not interfere with each other.
- Upon upgrading a Magic Wand into a Holy Locket, all its current charges are carried over.

- Unlike regular heal amplification, Holy Blessing amplifies outgoing healing, not incoming healing.
- This means any healing provided by the owner gets ampified, regardless of who the target is.
- Vice versa, other sources of healing applied to the owner are not amplified.
- Only grants heal amplification. Does not grant health regen amplification, lifesteal amplification, or spell lifesteal amplification.
- Multiple instances of Holy Blessing do not stack.
- Stacks diminishingly with other sources of heal amplification.
