After having installed Cargo, SMW and Wikibase and played around with all three I tried to tidy up Cargo on my local mediawiki site (which is "easy" though lacking some maintenance tools).But my concrete question is:
There are no more templates, forms or pages referring to Cargo, but three cargo tables remain: cargo_pages, cargo_tables and cargo__Books__Author. All three are empty. Can I just drop them?
