Dragonclaw Hook was originally obtained in Mythical rarity from Sithil's Summer Stash. In late February 2013, Dragonclaw Hooks were briefly made droppable. Shortly thereafter, they were removed from the drop list and changed to Immortal rarity.

This item customizes the appearance of Pudge's arm chains and Meat Hook chain.
