This item was the first cosmetic item for Pudge.
It was originally obtained in Mythical rarity from Sithil's Summer Stash
In late February 2013, Dragonclaw Hooks were briefly made droppable. After an outcry from traders, they were quickly removed from the drop list and changed to Immortal rarity.
