Sleep is a rare status effect that completely disables those affected for the entire duration. However, Sleep can be broken by dealing damage to the affected unit.

Sleeping units cannot be woken up while they are invulnerable. Some of the sources of Sleep turn the affected units invulnerable, making it impossible to wake them up. Sleeping units are also never automatically attacked by any unit, regardless of auto-attack settings. This means, since lane creeps, neutral creeps and buildings are always using auto-attack, they never attack sleeping units automatically. However, taunts can still force them to attack them. Player-controlled units do not automatically attack sleeping units either. The player can force their units to attack by selecting them as an attack target.

    Invulnerability Duration: 1
    Can be cast on enemies and allies.
  • Echo Stomp icon.png
    Radius: 500
    Sleep Duration: 2/3/4/5
    Does not apply invulnerability, however, affected units cannot wake up for the initial 0.8 seconds. Only player-based damage can wake up affected units.
  • Song of the Siren icon.png
    Radius: 1250
    Sleep Duration: 7
    Invulnerability Duration: 7
    Aura-based. The aura's debuff lingers for 0.5 seconds.
